We help great engineers become great leaders.

Engineers play a pivotal role in addressing the world’s most pressing challenges.

While brilliant individual skill is crucial, it’s not enough. The complexity and uncertainty that characterize the world today drives the need for excellence at the team level, and excellent engineering teams start with excellent engineering leaders.

We started The Engineering & Leadership Academy Project to create those leaders.

Our goal is to help engineers build the skills they need to transition seemlessly into leadership and management roles, and to support their development once they’re established.
